We recently purchased this Kamado Charcoal and quickly put together the cart. We attempted to lift it unto the cart to no avail. This grill's weight is well over 300 pounds. I contacted Vessils's support team for suggestions in lifting the grill onto the cart. They were very helpful with the problem. They were quick to respond with four emails, a video showing how to lift the grill and if that didn't work, Lowe's would be there for assistance. This grill exudes quality and durability. I have to say, I was most impressed with the entire transaction with Wayfair and their installation service partner, Handy. I was concerned how the shipping and assembly would go, mostly because this is an incredibly heavy item, but it was smooth and perfect. Although the shipping was free, I paid extra to have the item delivered to a specific location, again, because of the weight, and it’s worth doing that. Everything was coordinated and handled beautifully and I wholeheartedly recommend Wayfair and the installation option. FYI, as far as the assembly, only the stand, handle, and wood rests require work, the grill itself comes as one piece (the lid is attached to the body). It is so beautiful, cannot wait to start grilling this weekend. Very happy!
