This arrived and I put it aside for a few weeks before opening it. It had issues upon opening. It was a weekend but I figured I'd write the company and let them know. I received a response within minutes of sending the email. Amazing customer service and issues were immediately resolved. This is the perfect size for one person and easily able to travel with.

We are super impressed with our new VESSILS Kamado Grill! Assembly of the cart was simple enough, as was putting together the inside of the grill. The ceramic grill itself came as one piece which wasn't too difficult to lift with two able-bodied people, although I would recommend more help. The lid of the grill can also be removed from the hinge to make it a little lighter and easier to maneuver—just make sure the spring isn't taut while unscrewing those. We also love the blue color as it is stunning!

Another thing we loved about VESSILS is their customer service. When they say they're available almost 24/7, they weren't kidding. I've gotten responses very quickly and they're always on top of it. This makes me feel confident to purchase from them. The grill looks and feels very durable and sturdy. The covering is also a great to prevent from any weather-related problems. To save some space we've also started to store the side tables inside, where it fits perfectly.

Using the grill was very easy, both with the included instructions booklet and additional videos provided on their website. The two temperature vents allow for great control of your grilling. This grill is amazing! Very heavy and takes about 45min to setup up but it's definitely worth it. It's easy to check the temperature since it's at eye height, the meat came out super juicy and well cooked. It comes with useful tables on the side and holds well. Included is a grill cover that is very durable and big. Covers the whole grill. Honestly it's a great purchase for a person who loves to grill. You can definitely grill all sorts of meat in how spacious it is.

What cant i say about this thing. I've owned a cheaper knockoff style egg and let me tell you this blows that thing out the water. It's is thick just how I like it like ceramic seems to be of amazing quality no cracks or anything after shipment. This This came shipped so secure I had no concerns though make sure you have a buddy but really a couple buddies this thing is pretty heavy but tell ya worth every ounce in gold. Great quality enamel amazing color easy break in and let me tell you the tbones and burgers I had with some wood chips and Charcoal and boom chefs kiss... I only got some pictures out the box it was pretty dark when I started cooking. If I can add more photos I will!!!!

I have not had the opportunity to prep it to cook or cook on it. But this unit is very versatile: Smoking, low temp/slow cook, high temperature, and to my surprise even using it to make pizzas! The materials that are given are enough! However I wish this directions would be a little clearer on the parts a pieces and their orientation. This unit is built like a tank, it is heavy and the stand it sits on is very sturdy and roles around on concrete with ease! I am excited to cook on it and if I am able to I will update this after the weekend!
