PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM (Eastern Time – New York Time) on September 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on October 23, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, eligible entries will be collected and winners selected as set forth below. Entry in the Giveaway does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest, or sweepstakes. By participating, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of VESSILS KAMADO GRILLS (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, during the Promotion Period, participants must submit a completed entry form on the official Giveaway landing page with:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

Limit: one (1) entry per person via the entry form.

Bonus Entries

Sponsor will allow (1) bonus entry per each of the actions completed below.

Entrants may receive additional entries as follows:

  • Follow VESSILS on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. 1 bonus entry per platform.

  • Send a direct message (DM) to confirm connection for our records and you may then immediately submit another entry. 

No purchase necessary. Submitting an entry does not automatically qualify an entrant for a prize. Multiple entrants may not share the same email address. Automated or fraudulent entries will be void. 

PRIZES

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

  • One (1) VESSILS POCO Charcoal Grill setup (Approximate Retail Value: $600 USD).

Includes: POCO Grill, tabletop stand, heat deflector, glove, ash tools, charcoal plate, cooking grid, rubber-padded feet, anti-rust metal parts, upgraded handle, zero-plastic packaging, and setup tools/instructions.

Second Prizes (5 Winners):

  • One (1) digital coupon code for $100 off at Vessils.com (ARV $100 each).

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $1,100 USD.

Prizes are not transferable. No cash or other substitution except as provided herein at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Taxes and fees, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or around October 31, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email at the address provided on entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any winner notification that is lost, misdirected, or not received due to email address errors, spam filtering, or other issues beyond Sponsor’s control.

Potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All prizes will be delivered within 90 days of winner confirmation if the shipping location meets the requirement of being located in the United States 48 contiguous states, not including Hawaii and Alaska.

GENERAL TERMS

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and the Promotion Entities from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation or the receipt/use of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway due to technical issues, fraud, or causes beyond its reasonable control.

By submitting your entry, you agree to subscribe to the VESSILS email marketing program. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by following the instructions provided in each email.

If you are selected as a winner, you agree to allow VESSILS to use your first name and last initial and city or state of residence for the purpose of announcing you as a winner in VESSILS marketing and promotional materials, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 


GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and resolved in the state or federal courts located therein.

CAUTION

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, VESSILS KAMADO GRILLS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
