Yummy Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Salsa

Shrimp and Avacado Salsa?? Yes please! This yummy recipe by Pat Taylor is super quick and easy - so buckle up, this one is quick! (video instructions below)
What you'll need
- desired amount of shrimp
- choice of seasoning or rub
- herb butter for basting (optional)
- one red onion
- two ripe avacados
- one lime
- soft tortilla shells
🍤Grilled Shrimp:
- Put raw shrimp on a skewer
- Rub with your choice of seasoning
- Grill shrimp for 3 minutes each side
- Baste with an herb butter if you like
- Set on your tortilla shells
🥑Avocado Salsa:
- Dice half a red onion and 2 ripe avocados.
- Mix together in a bowl
- Add the zest and juice of one lime.
