
Cheesy Potato Skins on a Kamado Grill
Potato Skins are a great cookout snack that everyone can enjoy!
What you'll need
- desired amount of potatoes
- 1tsp of olive oil
- salt & pepper
- additional seasoning of your choice
- 1/2 cup of cheese per potato (or enough to cover the surface)
- 1/4th cup of bacon
- (optional) green onions for finishing
- (optional) sour cream for dipping
🥔 Cheesy Potato Skins Recipe
- Heat your Kamado Grill to 400F
- Wash and poke holes in your potato
- Season liberally
- Wrap the potato in foil
- Cook on the grill for 1 hour
- Once finished, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out inside
- Fill with shredded cheese and bacon
- Cook uncovered for another 15 mins until skin is crispy
