Cheesy Potato Skins on a Kamado Grill

Potato Skins are a great cookout snack that everyone can enjoy! 

What you'll need

  • desired amount of potatoes 
  • 1tsp of olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • additional seasoning of your choice 
  • 1/2 cup of cheese per potato (or enough to cover the surface)
  • 1/4th cup of bacon
  • (optional) green onions for finishing
  • (optional) sour cream for dipping

🥔 Cheesy Potato Skins Recipe 

  • Heat your Kamado Grill to 400F
  • Wash and poke holes in your potato
  • Season liberally
  • Wrap the potato in foil
  • Cook on the grill for 1 hour
  • Once finished, cut in half lengthwise and scoop out inside
  • Fill with shredded cheese and bacon
  • Cook uncovered for another 15 mins until skin is crispy
