What cant i say about this thing. I've owned a cheaper knockoff style egg and let me tell you this blows that thing out the water. It's is thick just how I like it like ceramic seems to be of amazing quality no cracks or anything after shipment. This This came shipped so secure I had no concerns though make sure you have a buddy but really a couple buddies this thing is pretty heavy but tell ya worth every ounce in gold. Great quality enamel amazing color easy break in and let me tell you the tbones and burgers I had with some wood chips and Charcoal and boom chefs kiss... I only got some pictures out the box it was pretty dark when I started cooking. If I can add more photos I will!!!!

Super sized and well designed.

We recently purchased this Kamado Charcoal and quickly put together the cart. We attempted to lift it unto the cart to no avail. This grill's weight is well over 300 pounds. I contacted Vessils's support team for suggestions in lifting the grill onto the cart. They were very helpful with the problem. They were quick to respond with four emails, a video showing how to lift the grill and if that didn't work, Lowe's would be there for assistance. I contacted Lowe's and they were quick to respond with their equipment and placed the grill onto its cart within minutes. If you are in the market for a good quality grill, I would suggest Vessile's Kamado Grills.T the customer service and support team along Lowe's are outstanding!!!
