Returns

We offer a free 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns only on items purchased directly through our website: https://www.vessils.com.
We offer a refund on eligible items (excluding final sales items) that are unused, unassembled, and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please use the shipping labels provided by us.

Full-size Kamado and VESSILS Fleet

If you would like to return a VESSILS Classic full-size (MY18/22/24/27TT004) or a VESSILS Fleet (M/GB16/18/22/27TT004), please email us at support@vessils.com to start the return. Within 2 business days, we will contact you regarding your return methods. 

All other Eligible items 

Please follow the instructions below within 30-days of receiving your order:

  • Please go online to  https://vessils-store.myshopify.com/tools/returns to initiate your return.
  • Provide us with the reason for the return.
  • After review of your return is accepted you will receive a prepaid shipping label.
  • Repackage carefully with all the original hangtags and packaging and apply your shipping label to the reusable bag or box.
  • Drop it off at your nearest UPS/USPS location (Canada& US only).
  • A refund notification will be sent once the return has been processed at our warehouse.

 

We will issue your refund once we receive and inspect the returned product, which may take 4-6 days to be processed by your credit card provider. 

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of the product, please inspect the product and reach out to us at support@vessils.com within 5 business days if the product is damaged. Please kindly keep the product and packaging materials in its original condition and provide supporting pictures as well as descriptions in your email. We will retrieve, inspect the product from your address and then replace the product at no charge to you. Please note that we cannot replace a product or issue any refund if the product is tossed away or broken down without our consent.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
